Regina Guerra is the founder and owner of Regina’s Food Truck, bringing authentic Mexican flavors to events across Metro Detroit since 2017. Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, Regina grew up connected to the flavors and traditions that now inspire her menu.

After graduating from Hope College, she invested her life savings into her first food truck and built the business from the ground up. Today, Regina’s Food Truck has grown to two trucks and a 10-person team serving weddings, corporate events, private parties, and community gatherings throughout the Detroit area.

For Regina, great food and great hospitality go hand in hand. She stays closely involved in the business, making sure every event delivers fresh, authentic Mexican food with professional, friendly, and seamless service.

Nearly a decade later, Regina continues to grow the business while staying true to the culture, quality, and hospitality that started it all. She’s proud to call Metro Detroit home and to serve the community that has supported her journey.
